The end of the regular season is coming soon and with that the playoffs will begin.
We want to thank everyone for an amazing season so far!!
Please see the final Result standings for the Men’s and Women’s Divisions. Congratulations to all the teams on a well played season and a BIG Congratulations the following Men’s and Women’s Division Teams for winning the Regular Division Season:
Women’s Division: Legion Stingers
Men’s Division 1: Legion Hitmen
Men’s Division 2: Joe’s Dirty Dogs
Please note the Mixed Division is still playing the regular season and we will announce the winners of the Regular season in the coming weeks!
Before we get into the playoff schedule we have a few items to address.
1) Wednesday April 2nd is our Election night. If you wish to run for a position or want to come out and support an individual, please come out. Registration begins at 6:30pm. The meeting will be held in the downstairs area of the Burlington Legion.
2) SAVE THE DATE - Saturday May 10th is our annual banquet. Held again upstairs at the Legion. A great night to honour all of the winners and all players for such an amazing year! Dinner, dancing, prizes and more. Tickets will be $30.00. Stay tuned for more details and ticket information coming soon. 3) Please note the revised Constitution as per the General Meeting November 7th, 2024 is available on our website.
Playoffs format and dates Home venue advantage goes to the highest seed until the finals. ALL Finals for every division are played at the Legion.
Men's Division 1
April 1 – Doubles 301 Fun Tournament
April 8 - Semi Finals: - Legion Hitmen (1st) vs Slye Fox Misfits (4th) - Legion Hitmen as home venue
- Legion 60 (2nd) vs Shooterville Shot callers (3rd) - Legion 60 as home venue
April 16 - Finals upstairs at the Legion (This is a Wednesday night!)
Men's Division 2:
April 2 – Playoff Elimination night: - 1st BYE - Joe's Dirty Dogs
- Shooterville Sharkfins (2nd) vs. Black Swan Shooters (7th) seed - Shooterville as home venue
- Wave Bullshitters (3rd) vs. QB Knuckleheads (6th) - Wave as home venue
- Black Swan Mad Dawgs (4th) vs. Joe Dogs Mutts (5th) - Black Swan as home venue
April 8 - Semi Finals: - High seed vs low seed, middle high seed vs middle low seed
April 16 - Finals upstairs at the Legion (This is a Wednesday night!)
Women's Division: April 2 – General Meeting & Election night April 9 - Semi Finals:
- Legion Stingers (1st) vs Legion Whatevers (4th) - Stingers as home team
- Legion Shooters (2nd) vs Legion Ladies (3rd) - Shooters as home team
April 16 - Finals at the Legion
Mixed Division: We will send out another email after the regular season has ended with which teams will be playing each other and where. April 7 – Last Regular Season Game
April 14 – Semi Finals:
Division A - Semi Finals
- 1st seed vs 4th seed - 1st seed as home venue
- 2nd seed vs 3rd seed - 2nd seed as home venue
Division B - Semi Finals
- 5th seed vs 8th seed - 5th seed as home venue
- 6th seed vs 7th seed - 6th seed as home venue
April 28 - Finals at the Legion
Division A - Finals
- Finals - winners of games above
Division B - Finals
- Finals - winners of games above
All finals will be played downstairs at the Legion!
